this sensitive subject. Our unique programme offers an understanding, with pelvic floor exercises to help find, strengthen, relax this set of precious
muscle group. Solutions tried and tested prove amazing results to empower and regain confidence.

Adore Your Body Workout classes aim to exercise you to your personal maximum with confidence.  We are currently running and soon to be launching this unique weekly class  further afield.  Everyone is able to work at their own fitness and functional pelvic floor level instructed only by our affiliated Adore Your Pelvic Floor Coaches.Find out more Email:
