Breaking the Taboo About Pelvic Floor Health for Everyone Across the Globe

Welcome

Thank you for visiting. Here’s the ‘short’ story of how my own journey led me to create Adore Your Pelvic Floor and dedicate myself to pelvic health.

My Story

I’m a mum to five amazing boys, and while life often feels like organised chaos, I truly count my blessings.

My journey into pelvic floor health began after my first three children, when I noticed the occasional “sneeze wee”.  At the time, I thought it was just part of motherhood, something inevitable.

A few years later, after giving birth to twins, I experienced a bladder and bowel prolapse.  It changed everything: my job, my daily life, even my confidence and intimacy.

About Louise Field Adore Your Pelvic Floor

I was fortunate to have incredible support from my husband, family, and friends, but emotionally, the prolapse was a constant reminder that something wasn’t right.

How Adore Your Pelvic Floor Transpired

As a fitness professional, I felt driven to learn more so I could help others going through the same thing.  I spoke to countless women and men, worked with doctors, and collaborated with Specialist Pelvic Health Physios across the UK and beyond.

The interest was huge!

People want accessible postnatal rehab after birth or genealogical surgery, something often lacking but essential for ongoing pelvic health. They also need practical solutions for managing symptoms like pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, and vulva/vaginal issues, all of which affect every part of life.

That’s why I created Adore Your Pelvic Floor.

We Offer

Today, we deliver evidence-based CPD training, endorsed by Specialist Pelvic Health Physios and aligned with NHS guidelines, to fitness and health professionals in both NHS and private practice.

We also work with a network of affiliates across the UK and globally, offering health screening, tailored advice, and functional pelvic floor exercises to help manage and improve symptoms.

Our Commitment to Collaboration

Collaboration has been at the heart of our ethos since the very beginning.  We believe that by working together with organisations and charities, we can raise awareness of pelvic health for men and women and its links to other health conditions.

When we join forces, we can create meaningful change and improve lives.

Our Project: Beyond K: Bladder and Pelvic Health Recovery

We are proud to have created a project very dear to us: Beyond K – Bladder and Pelvic Health Recovery. This initiative was started by Adore Your Pelvic Floor and brings together a network of dedicated professionals to provide resources at grassroots level.

Our aim is to show how a multidisciplinary approach can help reduce the symptoms experienced after ketamine use and support long-term recovery.

Thank You

What started as a personal challenge has grown into something I never imagined, and it’s incredibly rewarding. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who encouraged me along the way.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: break the silence around pelvic health and empower every individual with knowledge, support, and practical solutions. Through expert-led training, tailored advice, and functional exercises, we help restore confidence, improve wellbeing, and make pelvic health accessible to all.
