Rebecca McDonald is a Personal Trainer, Exercise Physiologist, Pelvic Floor and Health Coach, Pilates and Group Exercise Instructor, Nutritional Therapist, whilst working with Long Covid Rehabilitation and is a Rehabilitation Assistant alongside James McDonald for The Body Coaches in Medway.
Her personal goal is to reach out to anyone who needs help with their health management, increasing movement and longevity, increasing individuals’ quality of life in all aspects.
Rebecca has recently designed and filmed an exercise video library for a local cancer pre-habilitation service to increase the rates of recovery.
She is currently launching a project to help the elderly population locally to increase their current health and well-being, taking part in increasing physical activity to improve their mobility, social activity and mental health.
